HumanMade is NOT a copyright office and registration on this site does not constitute legal copyright registration.

1. No Legal Verification

HumanMade verifies whether a work appears to be "human-made" based on visual process evidence. We do not investigate the legal chain of title, verify if the submitter owns the work, or check if the work infringes on existing copyrights.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe a work has been registered on HumanMade by someone who is not the creator, or that the work itself infringes upon your copyright, please use our Flagging tool on the work's verification page. In cases of legal disputes, we comply with valid DMCA take-down requests.

3. Ownership of Content

The creator retains all legal rights to their work. By uploading content to HumanMade, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display the content as part of our verification registry service.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our copyright stance considers AI-generated content (without substantial human transformation) as ineligible for a HumanMade badge. Attempting to register purely AI-generated content is considered a violation of our community standards.
